When He Sings, He Sings Of Home
When boredom sets in I tend to pick up my camera and just have some fun. I chip away at that restless feeling with no specific idea in mind. Just wander around my apartment (or the woods behind) and pick up things to photograph. I've been enjoying a less is more approach to my digital shooting and having recently painted a bird house (crackle is so much fun!) it wasn't long before I made it the center of my attention.

Snowpocolyps
Winter like this is so very seldom in our neck of the world. To have a whole week of this wonderland? Pure magic to me. Shot w/ Holga CMYK Ed. Film: Fuji Pro120 Scanned from Negative with CanoScan 8800F
This roll had a weird color shift on several of the pictures. It created a very moody atmosphere that I'm kind of digging despite the yellow under currents of the image. I love the red of the plant in contrast to the white snow and ice. Amazing how the ice froze UP the plant! Shot w/ Holga CMYK Ed. Film: Fuji Pro120 Scanned from Negative with CanoScan 8800F
Loved the shape of this tree and had to capture it. Shot w/ Holga CMYK Ed. Film: Fuji Pro120 Scanned from Negative with CanoScan 8800F
